Services may be ordered by online reservation.
Orders are paid in advance via a payment portal, payment in cash, or on the basis of an invoice.
Paid deposit of 100% is refundable up to five days before the reserved slot.
At the reserved time of the order, the customer has the right to the ordered service. The net spa time of one hour is 60 minutes.
If necessary, the customer has the right to cancel the service up to 24 hours before the booked slot. In case of late cancellation, the operator has the right to charge a cancellation fee of 100% of the final price of the booked services. In the event of an unexcused no-show and failure to show up at the specified time, the operator has the right to charge a CANCELLATION FEE of 100% of the final price of the service.
The Operator has the right to exclude persons from the spa area who refuse or have in the past refused to pay services rendered or cancellation fees.

Cost of goods and services is given and payable in Czech currency, that is Czech koruna (CZK).
Cost of goods and services displayed on the web interface includes the value added tax (VAT) payable by law.

Personal data of buyers who are natural persons is protected by Act No. 110/2019 Coll., on the Protection of Personal Data, as amended.
Name, surname, telephone number and email must be processed for the purpose of registration in the reservation system. After booking, the name and surname will be visible for the registered clients in the list of registered participants.
This data will be processed and stored by the Data Controller for the duration of the processing purpose.
You give your express consent to the above processing. Consent can be withdrawn at any time by sending an email to hotel@kocanda-decin.cz
The processing of personal data is carried out by the Operator, however, personal data may also be processed for the Operator by the processor VašeWebovky s.r.o., ID No. 22773681 (operator of the iSport booking system).
Please keep in mind that under the General Data Protection Regulation you have the following rights:
1. The right to rescind agreement;
2. The right to request information from us about how we process your personal data;
3. The right to request explanation from us regarding the processing of your personal data;
4. The right to request access to your data and to update or correct that data;
5. The right to request that we delete your personal data;
6. In the case of doubts about the fulfillment of obligations related to processing personal data, you have the right to appeal to us or to the Authority for the protection of personal data.
