Services may be ordered by online reservation.
Orders are paid in advance via a payment portal, payment in cash, or on the basis of an invoice.
Paid deposit of 100% is refundable up to five days before the reserved slot.
At the reserved time of the order, the customer has the right to the ordered service. The net spa time of one hour is 60 minutes.
If necessary, the customer has the right to cancel the service up to 24 hours before the booked slot. In case of late cancellation, the operator has the right to charge a cancellation fee of 100% of the final price of the booked services. In the event of an unexcused no-show and failure to show up at the specified time, the operator has the right to charge a CANCELLATION FEE of 100% of the final price of the service.
The Operator has the right to exclude persons from the spa area who refuse or have in the past refused to pay services rendered or cancellation fees.

Cost of goods and services is given and payable in Czech currency, that is Czech koruna (CZK).
Cost of goods and services displayed on the web interface includes the value added tax (VAT) payable by law.
